1. We are a Malaysia based store that sells ready/incoming/preorder item of EXO.
2. We do NOT open group orders.
3. Items on sale are from the admin's personal collection/self buy.
4. We do not accept requests of group orders or any item.
5. Help RT WTS tags are welcomed only if it's regarding EXO, but admin is not really active here so do understand if we did not RT your tweets.
6. Admin also collects some anime merchandises, so pardon the selling anime stuff tweets ^^

| How much is postage fee? | Flexi - RM5 (photocards) , RM8-10 (West Malaysia) , RM12+ (East Malaysia) depends on weight |
| When do you do postage? | Usually within 5 days after payment. I will let customers know when the postage will be done upon payment. |
| How do you pack items? | Photocards will have sleeve, top-loader, cardboard & bubblewrap. Everything will be wrapped with bubble wrap nicely. |
| Is everything official? | Yes, I do not collect unofficial items. Items/merchandises that are fanmade will be stated. |
| Are you trusted? | Yes! Please check our feedbacks. |
| What is your method of payment? | Only online transfer. |
| Meet up/COD? | No meet up to avoid close contact with people but I do accept pick up if you'd like to come over my house. Please let me know beforehand if you want to. |
| Do you provide tracking number? | Yes, of course. Tracking numbers will be provided after postage is done and I will also keep track of your parcel until it is delivered to you. In any case of no updates/delay, I will help you with what I can. |
| What if my parcel arrived in a bad condition? | If it is because of delivery, unfortunately I am unable to refund anything to you. If it is because of my lack in wrapping item, depends on item condition, I will either refund half OR refund full. |
| What if I want to cancel/reserve item? | Cancellations are STRICTLY not accepted once payment is done. No refunds too. Reservations are only accepted up to 24 hours. If payment is not done within 24 hours, item will be up for sale again. |
